Коробка была помята, но все целое. Как пользоваться – читала в отзывах. Стержень сначала нужно хорошо смочить, пружинка должна быть внизу, и стержень надо устанавливать строго по центру в колпачке, иначе ничего не получится, проверено))). Брала для цветов в зимнее время. Работает нормально, пользоваться удобно. Ну а результат – посмотрим. Пока всё нравится.

Funciona, el vapor es muy suavecito, no esperes una gran vaporización, hay que mojar el filtro MUY BIEN por ambos lados para que funcione correctamente

es bastante ligero muy sencillo de utilizar el botón tiene que mantenerlo presionado un poco para que se active dejar que la esponja absorba un poco de humedad antes de enchufarlo y para apagarlo eh apretar el botón dos veces cumple su función muy bien aquí les enseño unas imágenes.
